Inter County Logistics specialise in the rapid transportation and safe delivery of your vital documents, parts, equipment and emergency data.
We are a family run business that started life in Shrewsbury in 1989 as Inter County Couriers. The company was, initially, set up to service one particular prominent Shrewsbury based business – still clients of ours today - nearly 30 years later!
We moved to our current site at Pimley Barns, Pimley Manor, Shrewsbury, in 2000 – and this has been our home ever since.
Centrally located in the heart of Shropshire, we have the ideal base to access all the major motorway and road networks, ensuring rapid collection and delivery for your time critical deliveries.
Covering the whole of Shropshire, we also service clients in Wolverhampton, Stafford, Mid Wales, Cheshire and Stoke and deliver throughout the whole of the UK and Europe.
We like to think of ourselves as experts in identifying and solving your company logistics requirements and delight in offering a flexible and comprehensive range of same day collection and delivery services, warehouse and storage options, along with pallets and packaging supplies.
Our customers come from all industry sectors including: Aerospace, Agriculture, Automotive, Building and Construction, Communication Providers, Engineering, Exhibitions and Events, Financial, Healthcare, Industrial, Legal, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Retail.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including Bank Holidays) and aim to offer a 30-minute response time from the booking of a vehicle.
We operate an extensive fleet of meticulously maintained modern vehicles, all of which are less than three years old, fully insured and equipped with the latest real time fleet management GPS software, ensuring your consignment is continuously tracked.
All of our experienced uniformed drivers are security checked and carry company ID and the latest mobile communications.
On completion of your collection or delivery, our drivers will ensure that the relevant documentation is signed for - recorded and confirmed via a Proof of Delivery notification.
We are authorised waste carriers, registered with the Environment Agency and are long-standing members of the Road Haulage Association and Shropshire Chamber of Commerce.
